摘要
主要研究不同年龄驴在后消化道不同部位的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量及组成。选取幼龄、壮年及老龄驴46头,采集不同肠段食糜液,调查不同年龄动物不同后消化道部位中VFA变化。结果发现:1)驴个体间VFA含量差异较大,回肠中VFA含量低,而后肠VFA含量高,VFA含量通常为右腹结肠>右背结肠>盲肠>回肠。2)不同年龄驴后肠各部位中各VFA摩尔比例几乎无明显差异,微生物发酵类型为乙酸型,乙酸:丙酸:丁酸比例通常为65:20:10;但回肠各VFA比例与后肠差异较大,回肠中丁酸、异戊酸和戊酸比例较后肠高。总结:在大于1岁龄驴中,年龄不是影响驴后肠VFA含量及比例的主要因素,表明大于1岁龄驴的后肠发酵系统已经基本完善;但回肠与后肠的VFA含量和比例存在明显差异。
This study was mainly focused on the content and composition of digesta extracted from different parts of digestive tract in donkeys at different ages. The digesta analysis - from 46 donkeys were performed to investigate the difference of VFA among different ages. Results showed: 1 ) VFA contents varied widely among the different parts in the same donkey : ventral colon 〉 right dorsal colon 〉cecum 〉 ileum. 2) The molar proportion of VFA showed no significant difference in hindgutat different ages, and the microbiological fermentation pattern was acetic acid in the main, and the ratio of acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid were commonly 65:20 : 10; but VFA proportion in ileum showed distinct from hindgut, the former had higher percentage of butyric, isovaleric and valeric acid. It should be concluded that age is not the main factor to influence the VFA content and proportion of hindgut after one year of age, it indicates that the development of their hindgut fermentation system have finished in principal, while there is marked differences of VFA content and proportion between ileum and hindgut.
