摘要
荔枝核属于南方中药材之一,其生物活性成分和药理研究是目前的热点。近年来多数研究发现荔枝核水提物及其分离物具有抗肿瘤作用,并对其作用机制做了初步探究。本文从荔枝核抗肿瘤免疫、促肿瘤细胞凋亡、影响端粒酶活性、调节激素受体水平及调控生长因子和受体表达5个方面对其抗肿瘤机制进行综述,为将来荔枝核的进一步开发利用提供新途径。
Litchi seed pertains to a Chinese herbal medicine in South,which bioactive components and pharmacological effects have attracted broad attention.Recent studies suggested that water extract of litchi seed and its isolates possess anti-tumor activity.This paper reviews the potential mechanisms of litchi seed in anti-tumor activity,such as tumor immunity,tumor cell apoptosis,telomerase activity,hormone receptor expression,as well as growth factor and receptor expression.
