摘要
培养社会需要的工程管理人才,关键是实现专业教学与社会需要的"无缝对接",改革措施之一就是在工程项目管理课程群中引入TSIP模式。经过TSIP四个阶段的学习后,学生能真正实现从学生到企业员工的无缝对接,同时满足用人单位对毕业生经验、知识、能力和诚信的要求。
The key to cultivating the talents for society is to realize "seamless docking" between professional teach- ing and social needs. One of the reforms is TSIP pattern introduced into Engineering Project Management Course Group. Through TSIP four stages of learning, students can realize the seamless docking from students to employees, and at the same time meet the needs of employing units in terms of the graduates' experience, knowledge,ability and integrity requirements.
