摘要
解释了职业专业化的内涵,分析了我国职业学校和教师职业专业化的现状,论述了我国实现职业学校教师职业专业化的途径。
This paper introduces the connotation of vocational specialization,analyzes the current situation of our vocational and technical college and teachers,and illustrates the way of realizing vocational specialization of teachers for our vocational and technical college.
