摘要
目的对维持性血液透析患者透析期间心律失常特征进行研究。方法随机选择我院2009年11月至2011年11月维持性血液透析患者37名,对患者透析过程中心电图、血压等进行检测,记录心率失常特征。结果 37名研究对象共做维持性血液透析4012次,出现心律失常456次,发生率为11.4%,透析前2.5h心律失常234次,比例为51.3%,患者室性早搏209名最多,比例为45.8%。结论维持性血液透析中心律失常原因有多种,应做针对性治疗。
Objective Arrhythmia characteristics of maintenance hemodialysis patients during dialysis.Methods Randomly selected hospital 11 months to November 2011,37 patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients during dialysis,ECG,blood pressure testing,record abnormal heart rate characteristics.Results 37 study do maintenance hemodialysis for 4012 times and arrhythmias 456,was 11.4%,2.5 hours before dialysis arrhythmia 234,the ratio was 51.3%,209 patients with premature ventricular contractions largest ratio of45.8%.Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis in arrhythmia due to a combination of targeted therapy should be done.
