微小RNA与动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 微小RNA(MicroRNA,miRNA)是一类在人体广泛分布的非编码RNA,主要通过与mRNA结合,导致其翻译受到抑制或引起mRNA降解,而在转录水平影响基因的表达。近些年有学者发现,miRNA参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。本研究阐述了在动脉粥样硬化过程中,与平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞、单核/巨噬细胞密切相关的miRNA及作用。
