摘要
目的探讨一体化手术室的管理模式。方法对一体化手术室实施“五专”管理模式，即专科手术间管理、专科设备管理、专科器械管理、专科手术配合管理、专科质量管理，建立一体化手术室标准化管理系统。结果一体化手术室设备利用率和工作效率提高，工作流程优化，手术配合质量提高。结论对于一体化手术室实施专科化、标准化管理，能有效提高手术运行效率及效益。
Objective To discuss the management modes of integrated operating rooms. Methods Five special management modes were implemented, including specialist operating room management, specialist equipment management, specialist apparatus management, specialist operative cooperation management and specialist quality management, in order to establish a standardized management system for integrated operating rooms. Results Equipment utilization and work efficiency were improved, work flow was optimized, and operative cooperation was perfected. Conclusions Implementation of specialist and standardized management of integrated operating rooms can effectively improve operational efficiency and beneficial results.
