摘要
目的探讨同源异体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法将60例糖尿病足患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例采用常规外科换药方法,观察组30例采用异体血小板凝胶治疗。观察两组治疗前后的溃疡面积收缩率、肉芽百分比、愈合时间及疼痛感的变化。结果观察组痊愈率70%,有效率100%,显著高于对照组。观察组溃疡面积缩小率、肉芽覆盖率显著高于对照组,愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论同源异体富血小板凝胶治疗能够有效促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,减少医疗成本和减轻患者痛苦,简单易行、有效。
Objective To study the efficacy of allogenic platelet gel on treatment of patients with diabetic foot ul- cer. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, in which allogenic platelet gel on raw surface and Vaseline bandage were given, respectively. The therapeutic efficacy, the average healing time were be recorded. Results The therapeutic efficacy in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group, with significantly shortened healing time. Conclusion Therapeutic effect of allogenic platelet gel on diabetic foot ulcer is excellent.
