PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路在大肠腺瘤恶性转化中的表达及意义 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨大肠腺瘤恶性转化中PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路分子的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路的主要分子在46例大肠低级别、高级别腺瘤及腺癌中的表达。结果PI3K表达强度在各组织间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其在腺癌中表达最强;磷酸化的(p-)Akt、mTOR表达强度在各组织间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01);PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路负性调控蛋白PTEN表达率各组织间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随大肠腺瘤的恶性转化其表达降低,并与p-mTOR表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路分子在大肠腺瘤恶性转化中表达异常,与腺瘤癌变进展相关,可望成为临床干预的分子靶点。
