开关电流电路的非理想性能及其改进

摘要 开关电流(SI)技术是一种新的模拟数据采样的信号处理技术,存在着一些局限性.通过分析影响开关电流电路的非理想因素,并且针对开关电流电路的栅极间的误差和开关的时钟馈通误差,采用负反馈技术设计出一种新的改进电路,采用3.3V的电源电压和5MHz的时钟频率,用Pspice进行了仿真,仿真结果显示新的电路误差较小,输出波形理想. Switched-current is a new analogue sampled-data signal processing technique that has some limitations. Analyzing the non-ideal factors which influenced the switched-current circuit, it offers a new improved circuit using negative feedback technology against the grid error and switch clock feed of switched-current circuit. The circuit's simulation in Pspice software environment using 3.3V power supply voltage and 5 MHZ clock frequency showed that the new circuit error is small and the output waveform is ideal.
