摘要
采用自蔓延高温合成 (SHS)铝热 -重力分离技术 ,制备了陶瓷内衬复合钢管 ,分析了添加剂对其耐蚀性的影响 ,讨论了陶瓷层组织结构与其耐蚀性的关系 .
Ceramic\|lined pipes have been produced by using gravitational separation SHS process and the corrosion\|resistance of the pipes and the effects of two additives have been analysed. It was found that corrosion\|resistance of pipes was mainly related to crack density, content of metastable spinel phase in ceramic layer and relative density of the ceramics. Additives of SiO 2 and CrO 3 had duplex effects on corrosion\|resistance of the pipes respectively.
