摘要
目的探讨胫骨平台骨折手术并发症及其影响因素,提出对策。方法手术治疗68例胫骨平台骨折患者,骨折类型按Schatzker分型,患者术前、术后给予常规X摄片、CT平扫三维重建和MRI检查。结果 68例患者均获得随访,随访6～18个月。对所有的患者采用Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准进行评分:优41例,良18例,可4例,差5例。出现早期并发症13例,分别为切口感染、皮肤坏死、关节面不平整。出现晚期并发症19例,分别为:骨折畸形愈合、创伤性关节炎、膝关节僵硬膝关节不稳。结论胫骨平台骨折的并发症与损伤程度、术前准备、手术操作、是否植骨及术后功能锻炼等因素有关。
Objective To investigate the complications of Tibial plateau fracture and its influencing factors, and propose a solution. Methods Surgical treatment of 68 cases of patients with Tibial plateau fractures, fracture type Schatzker classification, preoperative and postopel＇ative given conventional X - ray films, CT scan three - dimensional reconstruction and MRI. Results 68 patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months. Rating： Rasmussen knee function score of all patients were excellent in 41 cases, good in 18 cases, 4 cases, and poor in 5 cases. 13 cases of early complications were wound infection, skin necrosis, the articular surface was uneven. Appear late complications of 19 cases, respectively ： malunion and traumatic arthritis, knee stiff knee instability. Conclusions Tibial plateau fracture complications with the degree of injury, preoperative preparation, surgical operation, whether related to bone grafting and postoperative functional exercise and other factors.
