摘要
通过周期浸润腐蚀试验,对比研究了S355J2G3和Q345R低合金钢焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能,并用扫描电镜对腐蚀产物进行了观察和分析。结果表明:在相同试验条件下,S355J2G3钢焊接接头的失重率低于Q345R的;Q345R钢焊接接头表面附着橘红色的疏松麻点状锈层,S355J2G3钢焊接接头表面初期也出现了橘红色的锈层,随着试验的进行,锈层颜色逐渐加深,变为黑褐色,组织较致密;Q345R钢焊接接头的腐蚀产物结构主要为块状和粉末状,形状无规则,同时锈层中存在裂纹和缝隙;S355J2G3钢焊接接头的腐蚀产物为块状和针状。
The corrosion resistance of welded joints of S355J2G3 and Q345R low alloy steel was comparatively studied by periodical immersed corrosion test, and the corrosion production was analyzed by SEM. The results show that under the same testing conditions, the average corrosion rate of welded joints of S355J2G3 steel is lower than that of Q345R steel. The surface of Q345R low-alloy steel is covered by orange loose pitting rust layer. The surface of S355J2G3 steel also generates orange rust layer, along with tests, rust layer gradually changes color, becomes dark brown with dense tissue. The microstructure of corrosion product of Q345R low-alloy steel welded joint is mainly lump and powder form. The shape has no rules. The crack and crevice also exist in the rust layer. The corrosion product of S355J2G3 steel welded joint is bulk and needle.
