皮肤纤维组织细胞性肿瘤 被引量：4

摘要 纤维组织细胞性肿瘤（fibrohistiocytic tumor）以往被定义为“由具有纤维母细胞和组织细胞分化之瘤细胞所组成的肿瘤”，但近年学者认为纤维组织细胞性肿瘤主要由未分化的间叶性细胞或具纤维母细胞分化的梭形细胞组成，部分病例内的瘤细胞还显示程度不等的肌纤维母细胞性分化，肿瘤内所含有的组织细胞或多核巨细胞多属于反应性，故从本质上讲，纤维组织细胞性肿瘤归属于纤维母细胞和肌纤维母细胞性肿瘤可能更为合适，但因多年来的习惯性用法，纤维组织细胞性肿瘤仍将在日常T作中继续被使用。本文就皮肤纤维组织细胞性肿瘤的病理学特点及其新进展作一简述。
