摘要
目的探讨循证思维的运用对临床护理管理者自我效能感和领导能力的影响。方法选取102名护理管理者,对照组(51名)使用传统管理方法,观察组(51名)在护理管理工作中应用循证思维,实施1年后对两组管理者的自我效能感和领导才能进行比较。结果观察组护理管理者自我效能感和领导才能得分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论以循证思维为指导的临床护理管理方式,能提高护理管理者的自我效能感和领导能力,提高临床护理管理质量。
Objective To explore the influence of evidence - based thinking training on self - efficiency and leadership of head nurses. Method Totally 102 head nurses were investigated and divided into two groups, the observation group used the evidence -based thinking in the management work, while the con- trol group used the traditional management methods. The self - efficiency and leadership of the head nurses were compared between the two groups after one year. Results The self - efficiency and leadership of observation group were both significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Clinical nursing management mode under evidence - based thinking can improve the self - efficiency and leadership of head nurses, then improve the qualitv of clinical nursin~ management.
