摘要
提出了一种基于分形维数的损伤成像算法,对复合材料结构的健康状况进行在线的连续监测。利用盒计算维数法来计算传感器阵列所采集信号的分形维数,对比复合材料结构损伤前与损伤后信号分形维数的差异,提取损伤指标;然后基于一种改进的损伤存在概率成像算法,以直观的形式对复合材料结构中的损伤进行成像。对复合材料平板结构以及复合材料加筋板结构中的损伤监测进行了实验研究,研究结果不仅显示了所提出的算法能克服复合材料各向异性以及复杂结构中Lamb波的多次反射给损伤监测带来的困难,较为准确地识别2种结构中损伤的位置和大小,还验证了所提出算法在识别复合材料结构中的多个损伤时的可行性和有效性。
A fractal dimension-based damage imaging method is proposed for continuous on-line structural health monitoring of composite structures. Box-counting algorithm is used to calculate the fractal dimension of signals acquired by sensor array, and the damage index is extracted by comparing fraetal dimensions of signals before and after damage occurred in composite structures. An improved probabilistic reconstruction algorithm of the damage presence is utilized to directly image the damage in composite structures. Experiment investigation is conducted to identify the damage in a composite plate and a stiffened composite panel. The experiment results denotes that the proposed algorithm can solve the problems, encountered in damage detection in composite structures, due to anisotropic property of material and muhiple reflection in boundaries of complex structures, and precisely locate and quantify the damage of two kinds of structures. Moreover, experiment investigation reveals feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for identification of multiple damages.
