驻极体对熔喷用PLA材料热性能及可纺性的影响 被引量:17

摘要 驻极体填充乳聚酸熔喷非织造材料在制备过程中存在纺丝不稳定、驻极体易团聚等缺点,特别是纺丝不稳定性大大影响了聚乳酸熔喷材料的过滤效率、可驻极性和电荷贮存的稳定性。在制备驻极体填充PLA复合材料的基础上,分析了熔喷用PLA复合材料的热性能,探讨了不同驻极体含量PLA复合材料的可纺性,结果表明,少量驻极体的添加有利于PLA材料结晶。利用熔融结晶峰、过冷度和结晶温度区间表征可纺性,结果表明纯聚乳酸和含5%驻极体聚乳酸复合材料具有较好的可纺性。 Spinning instability and electret particles agglomeration of polylactic acid (PLA) mehblown nonwoven materials filled with electret particles during preparation, in particular, the spinning instability, greatly influence the filtration efficiency, ability of storing electret, and stability of charge storage of the PLA mehblown material. PLA meltblown composites filled with various electret contents were prepared, and the thermal properties of the PLA meltblown composites were analyzed. The spinnability of PLA mehblown composites with different electret contents was investigated using DSC method. The results showed that the addition of a small amount of electret particles improved the crystallization of the PLA composites. The spinnability of PLA composites was characterized by melt crystallization peak, undercooling and the crystallization temperature. Pure PLA materials and PLA composites containing 5% electrets particles had good spinnability.
