热力系统各参数偏差对热耗率计算影响的评估 被引量:1

Evaluation of influence on heat consumption rate calculation caused by each parameter deviation in thermodynamic system

摘要 在加热器物质平衡和能量平衡方程推导得到热耗率、给水流量等参数的计算公式的基础上,对热力参数偏差导致最终热耗率计算的影响进行了定性的评估,以某600 MW机组THA工况的热耗试验的实践,验证了这一评估方法,为热耗试验的最终结果不确定度分析提供了一条可行途径,以消除参数偏差对最终热耗率计算的影响。 The calculation formulas of the heat consumption rate,water flow,and other parameters are obtained by the derivation of the material balance and energy balance equations of heaters.Based on the deduced formulas,the influence on heat consumption rate calculation caused by each parameter deviation in thermodynamic system is qualitatively evaluated.Afterward through the heat consumption test on THA condition of a 600MW unit in domestic power plant,the quantitative analysis of influence on the final heat consumption rate calculation by each parameter deviation is conducted and the evaluation method is verified.Thus this set of evaluation method provides a feasible path to analyze final result uncertainty of heat consumption test,and can be used as a reliable basis,to guide the elimination of effect on final heat consumption rate calculation by parameter deviation.
