摘要
海岛旅游是海洋资源开发与海洋产业发展的重要内容,科学评价与规划海岛旅游资源有助于改善海岛旅游质量、提升海岛综合效益。目前,国内关于海岛旅游资源评价体系的研究较少,缺乏统一、有效的评价指标体系。论文在参考现有的国内外海岛旅游评价体系研究的基础上,遵循科学性、综合性等准则,构建符合中国海岛特点的旅游资源评价指标体系,包括4个层次58个指标,从旅游资源条件、区域条件、区位特征三个方面对海岛旅游资源进行系统地测量,同时给出相应指标的评价标准,并通过制定评分等级标准与确定评价指标权重以及建立综合评价模型,使评价体系在海岛旅游资源定量评价中具有可操作性。希冀构建的适合我国国情的海岛旅游资源评价体系为我国海岛旅游的规划与开发提供依据和参考。
Island tourism is not only important to the utilization of marine resources and the development of the marine industry, but also for the widening of a modem tourism development path. Evaluating and planning tourism resources scientifically will improve the quality of island tourism and improve comprehensive benefits. Research into evaluation systems for island tourism in China is absent or limited. Here, we constructed an evaluation index system for island tourism resources in line with the characteristics of China＇s islands. Our system includes four levels, 58 indexes and three aspects： condition of tourism resources, regional conditions, and location characteristics. The evaluation system is the result of practical research and a questionnaire and scoring table for experts. The results show that the weight of tourism resource conditions is the largest of the three categories affecting the abundance of island tourism resources; the weight of regional condition is second, and the weight of location feature is third. Therefore, the process of planning and developing island tourism resources must have a key point and be of an advanced level. This study fills the theoretical void for systems of evaluation for island tourism within China; the study also has practical significance. The island tourism resource evaluation system described here is suitable for a national context across the whole of China and provides a basis and reference for future tourism planning and development of China＇ s islands.
