摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定复方阿司匹林酊中阿司匹林的含量。方法色谱条件:色谱柱为C8柱(5μm,150mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(20∶75∶1);进样量为20μl;流速为1 ml.min-1;检测波长为277 nm;柱温为28℃。结果阿司匹林在20.16~141.12μg.ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.88%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。结论本方法专属性强,重复性好,精密度高,可用于复方阿司匹林酊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of aspirin in compound aspirin tincture. Methods The chromatographic column( Cs, 150 mm x 4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (20: 75:1 ) as the mobile phase at a the flow rate of 1 ml -min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm and column temperature at 28 ℃. Results The linear range of aspirin was 20.16-141.12 μg .m1-1 ,with a good linear correlation( r =0.9999). The average recovery of aspirin was 99.88% with RSD at 1.09% ( n = 6). Conclusion This method is highly specific and accurate, which can be used for quality control of compound aspirin tincture.
