摘要 对 3Cr2 W8V钢高温高载下的干摩擦滑动磨损特性及磨损面形貌、磨损面表层和次表层的组织和硬度进行了试验和分析。结果表明 :高载下 3Cr2 W8V钢的力学性能是决定材料磨损特性的主要因素 ;氧化物磨屑对磨损面的保护作用是通过氧化物磨屑对磨损面的大面积覆盖实现的 ;室温低载下磨损面上形成氧化物磨屑的覆盖 ,而在室温高载和高温下都未形成氧化物磨屑的覆盖 ;高温高载下 ,主要因 3Cr2 W8V钢本身承载能力下降 ,氧化物磨屑未能覆盖于磨损面上 ,故对磨损面起不到保护作用。 The dry friction sliding wear characteristics under high temperature and high load condition, worn surface mode and microstructure change in surface and subsurface layer of 3Cr2W8V steel were tested and analyzed. Under high load conditions, the mechanical properties of 3Cr2W8V steel are the main factor in deciding the wear characteristics. Covering of oxide debris particles on the worn surface leads to the protective effect on the worn surface. There is a covering of oxide debris particles on the worn surface when tested under room temperature and low load. Under room temperature, high load or high temperature conditions, there is no covering of oxide debris particles. Under high temperature and high load conditions, mainly because the ability of supporting load of 3Cr2W8V steel decreased, oxide debris particles can not cover the worn surface and protect it.
