摘要
合成一种二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼,采用PDSC和四球摩擦磨损试验机以及SRV考察其在基础油及成品油中的抗氧化性能和抗磨减摩性能,并通过模拟程序VIB试验考察其节能减摩性能。结果表明:合成的有机钼的极压性能与抗磨性能均优于国外同类产品,且具有与国外产品相当的良好的抗氧化性能和减摩性能;但球锈蚀实验结果较差,尚需改进。
An organic molybdenum compound was synthesized, its tribological performances and anti-oxidative capabilities as base oil and lubricant additive were evaluated by a four-ball tester and SRV and using PDSC, and its friction reducing and energy saving effect was estimated by the simulation program of bench VIB test. The results show that this organic molybdenum compound has better extreme pressure and anti-wear properties than similar foreign products, and has the same excellent friction reducing capabilities and anti-oxidative capabilities. But its anti corrosion performance is poor, and need to be improved.
