摘要
为了验证南方电网500kV东莞变电站新投的±200Mvar静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的暂态动作逻辑和无功输出特性,需要在220kV主网进行人工短路试验,其关键在于短路点的选择。文中以同时满足STATCOM的暂态控制模式触发条件和电网安全约束条件为短路点选择原则,利用电网仿真计算的方法进行短路点筛选。仿真方法的设计中,考虑了电网大、小运行方式下数据的差异化影响,结合选点原则,采用保守性方案选择适当的数据进行仿真计算。在东元乙线N32基塔处开展了人工短路试验,试验结果验证了STATCOM的过负荷能力和暂态控制特性均满足设计标准,说明了短路点选择原则和仿真方法的合理性。
In order to verify the transient action logic and reactive power output characteristics of the new ! 200 Mvar static synchronous compensator （STATCOM） devices in the 500 kV Dongguan substation of China southern power grid, the STATCOM is tested by the artificial short circuit in the 220 kV main network. The key to artificial short-circuit is the selection of the short circuit point. This paper gives out the selection principle of the short-circuit point that can simultaneously meet the transient control mode trigger conditions and the grid security constraints. With respect to the selection principle, the BPA simulation method is adopted to select the short-circuit point. In consideration of the influence of data difference due to the large and small power grid operation modes, suitable data are chosen for simulation data calculation for safety. The base tower N32 of the 220 kV Dongyuan line U is chosen as the final artificial short-circuit test point. It is proved by test results that both the overload capability and transient control features of the STATCOM meet the design standards, showing the rationality of the short-circuit point selecting principle and the simulation method.
