摘要
为了解决超大吨位配重的承载问题,提出了一种新型的大型起重机配重承载平台的结构方案,对其4个支承点的布置进行分析,介绍了该承载梁的调平方案及原理。结合该配重承载平台在超大吨位起重机上的实际应用,进行了方案介绍和结构有限元计算,证明该方案在实际工程应用中切实可行。
To resolve bearing problems regarding super-tonnage counterweight, the paper puts forward a structural scheme for counterweight bearing platform of new large-scale crane, analyzes the arrangement of four bearing points, and describes the leveling scheme and principle of such bearing beam. Considering the actual application of such platform in su- per-tonnage cranes, introduction to the scheme and structural finite element calculation are performed, which proves to be practicable in actual engineering practices.
