摘要
高校后勤社会化改革的不断深化和高校后勤自身发展,需要高校后勤管理借鉴先进的管理理论和实践经验。实施高校后勤精细化管理,可通过营造精细化管理文化,完善后勤管理制度,推行精细化流程管理,实施全面质量管理等方面来实现。
College logistics management needs to learn from the advanced management theory and practice, which is due to the socialization reform and the development of college logistics. Implementation of delicacy management in the college logistics management, through the following aspects, including the construction of delicacy management culture, improve the management system, implementation of the refinement process management, and implementation of total quality control.
