美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

摘要目的研究美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将80例冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组常规西药口服治疗。治疗组在常规西药口服治疗的基础上加用美托尔缓释片以及麝香保心丸治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床效果明确,安全性高。 Objective To study of metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris. Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the control group treated with routine western medicine oral. The treatment group was treated with routine western medicine oral treatment with beautiful Thor sustained-release tablets and heart protecting musk pill treatment, observe two groups of patients after treatment of total efficiency. Results Treatment group was 87. 5%, the control group, the total effective rate was 75.0%, the two groups compared the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Sustained-release tablets of metoprolol joint musk the Baoxin pill treatment of coronary artery disease with unstable angina clear clinical effects, and safety.
