摘要
采用变频传动与PLC技术相结合,设计了矸井瓦斯泵站恒压供气控制系统,优化了泵站的控制过程。控制系统实现了闭环控制,既保证了系统瓦斯压力稳定,降低了系统瓦斯压力的波动,提高了相关设备的寿命,又节约了电能,降低了能耗,更好地推动了节约型矿山、低碳开采、绿色矿山的建设。
The constant pressure air supply control system of gas pumping station is designed combined frequency conversion and PLC technology. The pump station's control progress is optimized. This control system realizes close loop control, which not only ensures stability of gas pressure, reduces fluctuation of gas pressure and improves equipment service life of related equipment, but also saves energy consumption. This new control system better promotes energy-saving coal mine, low carbon exploration and green mine construction.
