摘要
首先从进气系统的概念出发,阐述某车型引起功率下降的原因,为使进气系统布置合理,从蓄电池容量入手,结合市场前沿布置方案,确立了更改蓄电池型号,重新对起动机进行选型,并通过试验验证,扭矩、功率、进气量以及空滤压降得到了较大的改善,充分验证方案的可行性。同时空滤器具备一定扩展性,也为机舱平台化奠定了一定的基础。
The concept of an intake system is first introduced in this paper, and the cause of power reduction is discussed with regard to a particular car. To enable the reasonable layout of an intake system, the change of hattery type is determined, and the starter model is selected again in terms of battery-capacity combined with a leading-edge layout solulion. The validation result indicates thai torque, power, intake flow and filter pressure drop are significantly improved, which shows the feasibility of this solution. Meanwhile, the air filter features some extension, thereby laying a foundation for engine platform.
