摘要
三相分离器运行效果直接影响着净化油的含水以及污水含油、含机杂、含铁的高低。而深度水处理一直是生产中的一个难题,所以就必须提高三相分离器的运行效果,改善出水指标,减轻下游水处理负荷。通过现场试验研究了实际处理量、定期维护、运行温度以及进液平稳程度对三相分离器运行效果的影响,三相分离器的实际处理量(在处理能力范围之内)增加,三相分离器的运行效果会小幅变差,但仍然能满足预期的处理指标;三相分离器定期清理后,出口指标明显改善;三相分离器的合理运行温度在50~55℃的温度区间内,在这个温度区间提高温度,会使出口指标提高;平稳进液可以保证三相分离器的处理效果。现场试验为现场提高HXS型三相分离器运行效果提供了一定的指导。
Three phase separator operation directly influences oil purification water and sewage containing oil,dirt,the iron level.While the depth of water treatment has been the production of a problem,so it is necessary to improve the operation effect of three-phase separator, improve the effluent quality,reduce downstream water treatment load.Papers are studied through field trials actual processing volume, regular maintenance, operation temperature and liquid inlet smooth degree of three-phase separator operation effect, a three-phase separator of actual processing volume (in processing capacity scope)increase, three-phase separator operation effect will be small amplitude variation,but can still meet the expectations of treatment indicators,three-phase separator cleaned regularly, export parameters improved significantly, three-phase separator of reasonable operation at a temperature of 50-55 degrees temperature range,in this temperature range temperature rises,can make export index to raise, stationary liquid inlet can guarantee the treatment effect of three-phase separator.Field test for the iraprovement of field HXS type three-phase separator operating results may provide some guidance.
