层次分析法在山区公路在役桥梁功能性综合评价中的应用

摘要 通过分析影响山区公路在役桥梁功能性的主要指标建立了功能性评估模型。采用专家现场勘测评分,构成功能性指标的工作状态最底层评价标准,并运用德尔菲专家评分法和层次分析法取得了各分项指标对其上一层指标影响的权重,最终获取山区公路在役桥梁综合状态功能性指标的等级。通过工程实例,验证了综合评估基本模型的有效性,可为山区公路在役桥梁功能性综合评价提供一定的借鉴作用。 By analyzing the impact of the main indicators of the existing bridge functionality in mountain road,the paper establishes the assessment model of functionality.Scores based on the on-site investigations of experts build the bottom of assessment standards for the functionality indicators,and by using the Delphi expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process the paper obtains the weights of each respective index on its influence on a layer index.Eventually the paper gets the comprehensive functional indexes of state level for the existing bridge in mountain road.Through engineering examples,verify the comprehensive assessment of the basic model is effective and can provide certain reference function on the comprehensive assessment for the existing bridge functionality in mountain road.
