评价氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值被引量：34

摘要目的:观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心痛的临床治疗价值。方法:选取60例高血压伴冠心病的患者,分为实验组及对照组。实验组使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组使用硝苯地平控释片治疗,治疗6周后比较两组患者治疗前后的血压、心绞痛改善情况、硝酸甘油片的用量、心电图的改变及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后两组的血压均有明显下降,且实验组的降压效果心绞痛改善情况、硝酸甘油片的用量、心电图变化的疗效有效率均比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效显著,其安全性高,不良反应少。
