摘要
对水资源短缺风险的综合评价,不仅是对水资源利用现状进行分析的重要环节,也是城市规划中供需水规划和实现水资源持续发展的一项基础工作。以北京为例,采用回归分析得出影响北京市水资源短缺的主要风险因子,就此制定出相应的调控措施。
Comprehensive risk appraisal on water resource shortage is not only a most important link to analysis the present situation of water resource , but also a basic work to plan city water supply and realize the sustainability of water resource. A case in point is the water shortage in Beijing.With the regressive analysis, the main risk factor that affect the shortage in Beijing can be concluded. And according to the analysis, adjustment measures can be made, and can also calculate the risk of the water shortage in Beijing in the following two years.
