摘要
为了研究中药青风藤中微量元素与药效之间的关系,继续开发利用青风藤,通过微波消解、湿法消解以及干法灰化处理青风藤样品,以Be、Y、Sc、In、Re作为内标进行基体效应补偿,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法首次测定了青风藤中的Li、B、Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Sr、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sn、Sb、Ba、Tl、Pb、Bi等28种元素的含量。结果表明,该方法简便、快速、准确,各元素检出限为0.01~0.8μg.L-1,标准偏差为0.11%~2.57%,加标回收率为94.00%~110.80%,适用于中草药中元素的分析。青风藤中含有丰富的微量元素,含量在2mg.kg-1以上的元素达到了16种,其中以K、Mg、Ca、Na等元素含量最高,这与青风藤的药用效果相符,也为继续开发青风藤的药效提供了科学理论依据。
In order to develop and utilize sinomenium acutum (thunb) rehd, research on the relationship between trace el- ements in sinomenium acuturn (thunb) rehd and efficacy is needed. In this study, inductively coupled plasma mass spec- trometry (ICP-MS) was applied to simultaneously determine 28 elements contained in this Chinese herb for the first time. The sample was dissolved with microwave digestion, wet digestion and dry ashing. The matrix effect was correc- ted by the in-line addition of internal standard (Be,Y,Sc,In,Re). The analysis method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for determination of elements in Chinese herbs. The detection limits of these element were in the range of 0.01 0.8 μg L-1. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were in the range of 0.11%-2.57%, and the recoveries were in the range of 94.00% - 110.80%. The result showed that large amounts of elements are embodied in sinomenium acutum(thunb) rehd. The contents of 16 elements were higher than 2 mg kg-1. The contents of K, Mg, Ca and Na were accordance with the medical effects of sinomenium acutum (thunb) rehd. It can provide scientific basis for further development of the effect of sinornenium acuturn(thunb) rehd.
