摘要
文章从PBL实践步骤、核心课程制度、临床实践中的正性反馈制度、硬件支持和科研实践五个方面详细介绍了PBL应用于血管外科住院医师培训的实践经验,同时介绍了教学效果评估和应用展望,以期切实提高血管外科住院医师综合素质。
From PBL practical steps,core curriculum system,positive feedback system in clinical practice,hardware support and practice of scientific research,this article described the detail about the practical experience of PBL used in vascular surgery resident training,and introduced assessment of teaching effectiveness and application prospects so as to improve the comprehensive quality of vascular surgery resident effectively.
