摘要
[目的]4g讨支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清中细胞因子白细胞介素-8(IL-8),白细胞介素-12(IL-12)水平以及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)和血清补体(C)的变化及其临床意义。【方法】收集MPP患儿50例,分为重症组、轻症组。健康儿童42例作为对照组;用ELlSA法测定MPP患儿急性期、恢复期及对照组儿童血清IL-8、IL-12的水平,用血浆蛋白分析仪速率散射比浊法测定hs-CRP,Ig和C含量。【结果】在急性期和恢复期MPP惠儿血清IL-12含量明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);而血清IL-8含量在急性期明显高于正常对照组(Pd0.01)。重症组患儿血清中IL-12明显低于轻症组,而血清中IL-8较轻症组高(P均〈0.01)。急性期MPP患儿血清IgM,IgG与对照组相比明显升高(P均〈0.01);而IgA明显降低(P〈0.05)。急性期MPP患儿hs—CRP、C3、C4与对照组比较显著升高(分别为P〈0.01、P〈0.01、P〈0.05)。重症组患儿血清中IgM,IgG与轻症组相比明显升高(P均〈0.01);IgA与轻症组相比明显降低(Pd0.05);重症组患儿血清中hs-CRP、C3、C4与轻症组相比明显升高(P均〈0.01)。【结论】检测相关血清炎性细胞因子对判定MPP患儿的病情和预后有较高的临床应用价值。
[Objective]To explore the changes of serum interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-lZ (IL-12), high sensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP), immunoglobulin(Ig) and serum complement(C) in children with myco- plasma pneumonia(MPP) and their significance. [Methods] Fifty children with MPP were collected and divid- ed into severe group and mild group. Forty two healthy children were chosen as control group. ELISA was used to determine the serum levels of IL 8 and IL-12 in children with MPP during acute period, mild period and convalescence period and children in control group. Plasma protein analyzer rate scattering ratio turbidime- try was used to determine the levels of hs-CRP, Ig and C. [Results]Serum IL-12 of MPP children at acute pe- riod and convalescence period was obviously lower than that in control group( P d0.05), while serum IL-8 of MMP children at acute period was obviously higher than that in control group( P *~0.01). Serum IL-12 in se- vere group was obviously lower than that in mild group, while serum IL-8 in severe group was higher than that in mild group(all P d0.01). Compared with control group, serum IgM and IgG in MMP children at severe pe- riod increased obviously(all P d0.01), whereas IgA decreased obviously( P d0.05). Compared with control group, serum hs-CRP, C3 and C4 in MPP children at acute period increased obviously( P d0.01, P d0.01 and P d0.05, respectively). Compared with mild group, serum IgM and IgG of children in severe group in- creased significantly(all P d0.01), while IgA decreased significantly( P d0.05). Compared with mild group, serum hs CRP, C3 and C4 in children of severe group increased obviously(all P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]The de- tection of the related inflammatory cytokines has high clinical application value for determining the condition and prognosis of MPP children.
