摘要
以直链脂肪酸辛酸(C8)、癸酸(C10)、月桂酸(C12)等为主要原料,通过氯代和中和反应得到脂肪酸改性系列产品CH3(CH2)nCHClCOONa,比较了该系列产品与其相应原脂肪酸对磷矿的浮选效果。结果表明,P2O5回收率均在80%以上,精矿品位达到30.00%,达到浮选指标,并且月桂酸及其衍生物有较好的磷矿浮选性能。
The straight chain fatty acids, such as octanoic acid (C8 ), Capric acid (C10), Laurie acid (C12), were used as the raw materials to obtain modified fatty acid series products (CH3 (CH2) ,CHC1COONa) by chlorin ation and neutralization reaction. The flotation performance of the acid products was compared with their corre sponding fatty acids collector. The results showed that the recovery of P205 was more than 80 % and the concen trate grade reached 30.00 % , which met the requirements of the flotation indexes. The laurie acid and its deriva tives had better phosphorite flotation performance.
