摘要
采用预晶化法合成了ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,采用XRD、SEM、N2-吸附、NH3-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:合成的ZSM-5分子筛具有典型MFI结构,平均晶粒小于300 nm呈球状均匀分布,具有适宜的表面性质和酸性。该催化剂用于环己烯水合反应,在温度为130℃,压力为6 MPa,烯水体积比为2∶5,催化剂质量分数为12%,搅拌速度为300 r/min的条件下反应4 h后,环己烯水合反应转化率、选择性和总收率分别达到12.65%、97.84%和12.38%。
ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst is synthesized by pre-crystallization method, which is characterized by XRD, SEM, N2-adsorption and NH3-TPR methods. The results show that ZSM-5 zeolite has a typical MFI structure with average particles size less than 300 nm. It is distributed as spherical type and has appropriate surface properties and acidity. When the obtained ZSM-5 zeolite is used as catalyst for hydration reaction of cyclohexene, the conversion rate, selectivity and yield are 12. 65%, 97. 84% and 12. 38%, respectively, under the following conditions: 130℃ of reaction temperature,6 MPa of pressure,2:5 ( volume ratio) of cyclohexene to water, 12 wt% of the amount of catalyst,300 r/min of the stirring speed and 4 h of reaction time.
