摘要
脑卒中后肢体痉挛严重影响患者的运动功能、日常生活活动能力和生活质量,延缓康复进程。痉挛的治疗对脑卒中患者肢体功能的康复起着关键的作用。作者通过传统中医和现代医学两方面对痉挛的机制研究和治疗方法进行综述。
The spasm after cerebral apoplexy can severely affect the motor function, activities of daily living （ ADL）, quality of life （QOL） of patients. And it also delays the rehabilitation process. The treatment of spasm plays a key role in the rehabilitation of limb function for cerebral apoplexy patients. This article reviewed the mechanism and treatment of spasm from both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
