摘要
超声弹性成像是提取组织的弹性特征并进行成像的一种新技术,它弥补了传统医学成像模态不能直接提供组织弹性的不足,并被广泛应用于临床,尤其在浅表器官的应用,并进一步应用于其他器官疾病的诊断中,成为目前医学弹性成像的一个研究热点。本文介绍了弹性成像的基本原理,并着重介绍了UE技术在乳腺、甲状腺中的应用及在临床应用中发展前景。
Ultrasound elastography is to extract the elastic characteristics of the organization and a new imaging technology,It make up for the shortcomings that traditional medical imaging modality can not provide direct tissue elasticity.and it is widely used in clinical,especially in the superficial organs application has been carried out in full swing,And further used in the diagnosis of diseases of other organs,become a hot research topic in medical elastography.This article describes the basic principles of elastography,and focuses on the UE in the breast,thyroid and prospects for development in clinical applications.
