摘要
采用熔融法制备CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,并综合运用DTA、XRD、SEM等分析手段,研究了晶核剂P2O5(由Na3(PO4).12H2O引入)对基础玻璃核化和晶化温度的影响,检测了制品中晶相的种类、含量和晶体发育的形貌。研究表明,引入少量的P2O5能抑制该玻璃系统的析晶,随着P2O5含量的增加抑制能力增强,含量超过4%时促进了玻璃的整体析晶,并且析晶能力随其含量的增加逐渐增强,晶相种类和形貌同时也发生改变。
CaO-MgO-A12O-SiO2 glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method in this paper. Influence of nucleating agent P205 (added by Naa (PO4) ·12H20) on nucleation and crystallization temperature of basic glass was studied by DTA. The type, content and morphology of crystals were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that a small amount of P2O5 inhibits the crystallization process of the basic g/ass. The inhibition shows stronger with the increase of P2O5 content. But the bulk crystallization ability of basic glass is promoted when P2O5 content exceeds 4%. This effect becomes more obvious with the increase ofP2O5 content. And the type and morphology of crystals change at the same time.
