烧结温度对碳化硅-氧化铝陶瓷过滤器性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备陶瓷过滤器,探讨了烧结温度对SiC基泡沫陶瓷过滤器性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,SiC基泡沫陶瓷过滤器的抗压强度和热震稳定性呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当烧结温度为1430℃时两种性能均较高;此时由于在陶瓷中晶粒尺寸均匀、气孔和玻璃相含量较少,并且相中含有较多的莫来石相和较少的方石英相因此其综合性能最佳,此时陶瓷的容重为0.5 g/cm3,抗压强度为2.7 MPa,1100℃-室温热循环次数为27次。 Foam ceramics filter was prepared using polyurethane as foam carrier by sponge impregnation process. The effects of sintering temperature on properties of SiC- Al2 O3 foam ceramic filter were studied. The results show that with increasing of the sintering temperature, the thermal shock-resistance and the compressive strength of the SiC-Al2O3 ceramic filter first increases and then decreases. The best properties are obtained for the SiC-Al2O3foam ceramics sintered at 1430 ℃ due to its uniform grain size, less porosity and glass phase, and formation of mere mullite and less cristohalite. The compressive strength, the bulk density and the times of thermal shock test from room temperature to 1100 ℃ of the ceramics sintered at 1430 ℃ are 2. 7 MPa, 0. 5 g/cm^3 , and 27, respectively.
