摘要
生物化学是我国医学院校学生的重要基础课程,理论性强,知识点多,难于记忆。由于受传统办学模式的影响,普遍存在重理论、轻实验,重知识传授、轻能力培养的现象。传统实验教学主要是以教师讲授为主,是单向灌输与被动接受相结合的过程,不利于学生的创新思维培养。Web Quest实验模式可以使实验课内容与理论课的教学内容紧密联系,学生在学习中的角色也从被动接受者变为主动探索者,这种模式是全方位、新的教学模式。Web Quest实验模式教学可增加学生学习的主动性,提高学生的动手能力及对知识的综合运用能力,为培养出有学术素养的医学复合型人才奠定基础。
