生态产业链中企业间动态利益均衡研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对当前有关生态产业链(EIC)利益均衡和稳定性的研究较少考虑到动态性的现状,文章指出交易量间关系是引起EIC中企业间利益均衡具有动态性的关键因素,进而分析了EIC的结构和运作流程,给出了基本假设,以表征交易量间关系的参数为调控因子,构建了各企业的最优化模型,并求解出了均衡状态下各企业的均衡价格、交易量、利润和利润率。在此基础上,以广西贵港生态工业园中的复合肥EIC为例,以资源再生型企业和生产型企业间再生资源的交易量与其它交易量间关系为调控因子,运用Matlab7.0对调控因子变化与EIC中各企业的利益均衡状态变动的关系进行了计算和仿真,结果表明,各交易量的值越趋于相等,即企业间的合作水平和企业内的资源利用率越高,各企业的利润率越高,且在均衡状态下,企业可增大交易量以产生规模经济效应,进一步降低成本和提高利润率,结果符合实际,验证了模型的合理性。 Aiming at the current situation that dynamic character is seldom considered in researches on interests equilibrium and stability of eco-industrial chain (EIC), this paper points out that relationships among trading volumes are the key factors which lead to dynamic character of interests equilibrium among companies in EIC. And then, structure and operation process are analyzed and basic hypotheses are presented. By providing basic assumptions and using parameters that can describe relationships among trading volumes as regulation factors, and the optimization model of each companies is built in this paper. Prices, trading volumes, profits and profit margins have been calculated in state of equilibrium. On this basis, we take EIC which produces compound fertilizer in Guigang eco- industrial park as an example and uses relationships among trading volumes of renewable resources between resource recycling companies and production companies as well as other trading volumes as regulation factors. The relationships between the changes of regulation factors and the interest equilibrium among companies in EIC are calculated and simulated with the use of Matlab7.0. The results show that the more the values of trading volumes tend to be equal, the higher the level of cooperation among companies and the ratio of resource utilization within companies is, the higher the companies' profit margins are. Under the equilibrium situation, companies can increase trading volumes to generate scale economic effect, and further reduce the costs and improve profit margins. The results correspond with reality and rationality of the model is verified.
