摘要
以山东白山羊为研究对象,应用国产的孕酮阴道海绵栓,结合PMSG/FSH、PG和HCG,将78头受体羊随机分为4组进行同期发情及卵巢排卵研究。结果显示:放栓15 d,同时在去栓前3 d肌注400 IU/只PMSG和去栓前1 d肌注0.1 mg/只PG,鉴定发情后再肌注100 IU/只HCG处理方案效果最好,发情率为84.21%,黄体形成率为75%。同时手术检查卵巢卵泡和黄体形成情况,处理方案中放栓15 d+PMSG+PG+HCG组卵巢上均有多个排卵黄体,并且排卵窝比较明显。该研究所优化的方案为获得高质量的转基因胚胎移植受体羊提供了技术支持。
With Shandong White Goat as research object, the progesterone releasing intravaginal device (PRID) and different hormones (PMSG/FSH, PG and HCG) were used to study the estrus synchronization and ovarian oviposit of 78 heads of receptor sheep which randomly divided into 4 groups. The results revealed that the synchronous oestrus rate and the ovary state after oestrus were the most efficient after setting PRID for 15 days and received intramuscular injection of 400 IU PMSG, 0. 1 mg PG and 100 IU HCG each head on the 3rd day before removing PRID, on the 1st day before removing PRID and after oestrus respectively, and the synchronous oestrus rate and corpus luteum formation rate reached 84. 21% and 75%, respectively. At the same time, its ovary had multiple ovulation corpus luteum, and the ovulation nest was more obvious. At last, the optimized scheme in this study would lay a good foundation and technical support for obtaining high quality of transgenic embryo transplantation receptor goat.
