摘要
目的明确某固汞生产项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护要求,保护劳动者健康。方法采取职业卫生学调查、检查表法、工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目生产过程产生的主要职业病危害因素有:汞、噪声、丙酮、硫化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮等。经检测空气中汞浓度范围在0.002~0.020 mg/m3,外包装间空气中汞CTWA超标。噪声强度在59.0~87.9 dB(A),机修间和废气处理机组LEX,8 h超标。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强职业卫生管理与职业病危害防护措施的持续改进,提高劳动者自我防护意识。
Objective To confirm the occupational hazards generated by the amalgam production project and analyze the degree of harm and the impact on the workers' health, so as to put forward critical control points and the protection require- ments. Methods The methods of field occupational health investigation, detection of occupational hazards in the workplace and checklist were applied to evaluate the construction project. Results In the production process, the major occupational hazards were mercury, noise, acetone, hydrothion, carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, etc. In the monitored workplace, mer- cury concentration in the air was 0. 002 - 0. 020 mg/m3 , which exceeded the time - weighted average concentration in the external packing room. The noise intensity was 59.0 - 87.9 dB (A) and the Lrx' s h in the mechanical and waste gas treat- ment units exceeded national standards. Conclusion The amalgam production project is serious occupational hazard gener- ating project. It is suggested that occupational preventive facilities should be further refined and improved to prevent the related risk factors, and the management of occupational health should be strengthened to improve the workers' awareness of self - protection.
