摘要
目的探讨非语言沟通在急诊内科危重患者中的应用效果。方法将100例急诊内科危重患者采用抽签的方法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强非语言沟通,比较两组患者治疗后的心理状态和对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组治疗后的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组在宣教、环境、态度、操作及治疗效果方面的满意度均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论非语言沟通是人性化护理的重要表现,可及时了解患者的心理需求和病情变化,促进危重患者的康复,和谐护患关系。
Objective To investigate the application effect of non language communication in dangerous sufferers of emergency internal medicine.Methods A total of 100 cases of dangerous sufferers in emergency internal medicine were divided into the observation group and the control group by drawing lots,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was strengthened nonverbal communication on the basis of the control group,psychological state after treatment and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Anxiety score,depression score after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction of education environment,attitude,operation and treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The nonverbal communication is the important manifestation of humanistic nursing,understand the psychological demand and the change of disease timely,promote the rehabilitation of dangerous sufferers,and coordinate the relationship between nurses and patients.
