序贯透析预防血液透析相关性低血压的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察序贯透析预防血液透析相关性低血压的临床效果。方法将我院2010年3月—2012年3月66例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规透析法进行治疗;观察组患者给予序贯透析法进行治疗。观察两种方法对血液透析相关性低血压的影响。结果观察组的患者血液透析相关性低血压发生率明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于慢性肾功能衰竭患者采取序贯透析法能有效预防血液透析相关性低血压的情况。 Objective To observe the sequential dialysis in prevention of hemodialysis associated hypotension clinical effect. Methods In our hospital from 2010 March to 2012 March 66 cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divid- ed into two groups, patients in control group were treated with conventional dialysis treatment, while the observation group were treated with sequential dialysis treatment, observation of two methods on hemodialysis related hypotension effects. Results The two groups of analysis, was observed in the group of patients on hemodialysis related hypotension incidence was significantly lower than that in the control group of patients on hemodialysis related hypotension incidence, compared with the obvious differences (P 〈 0. 01 ),, statistically meaningful. Conclusion For patients with chronic renal failure and adopt sequential dialysis method can effectively prevent the blood dialysis related hypotension.
