摘要
目的通过电话访视,对孕产妇情况进行评估,给予正确的指导,保持孕妇心情愉快,平稳渡过孕产期。方法对我院2011年2—6月所建卡的孕妇688例按门诊序号分成对照组与实验组,每组各344例。通过产后检查和电话追访,了解电话访视对孕期及产后干预的情况。结果实验组母乳喂养率高于对照组,实验组新生儿红臀发生率、产后忧郁发生率、产褥感染率低于对照组。实验组产妇育儿知识高于对照组。结论加强孕产期电话访视对孕产妇的干预具有必要性。
Objective Through the telephone supervision, to assess the maternal, give the correct guidance, keep the pregnant women in a happy mood, smoothly through pregnant period. Methods The clinical data from February 2011 - June of 688 cases of pregnant women＇s cards in outpatient number into two groups： control group in which 344 cases, 344 cases of gxoup, dlrough the postpartum inspection and phone after visit, understand telephone supervision on pregnancy and postpartum intervention. Results The breasffeeding rate is higher than control group, the incidence of neonatal red buttock, postpartum depression incidence, puerperal infection rates lower than those of the control group. The maternal parenting knowledge higher than those in the control group. Conclusion To strengthen there telephone supervision to the maternal intervention is necessary.
