摘要
本文以各种体育权利相关书籍和中国知网中有关体育权利的研究文献以及关于体育权利的学位论文作为分析样本,对该样本进行分类整理。从研究时段、研究主题与内容、研究方法等方面阐述我国体育权利研究的基本情况和主要特征。对国内外相关法律和人权公约中对体育权利的描述进行研究。以竞技体育、学校体育、社会体育三大类的体育权利作为主要论述点。并从理论和实践调查两个方面对我国体育权利的发展与存在的不足之处进行述评和总结分析。对体育权利的未来发展提出思考。
In this paper,a variety of sports rights related books and CNKI research literature on sports rights and sports rights thesis as to analyze samples,sorting the samples.From the study period,the research themes and content,research methods expounded the basic situation and the main features of the sports rights. Relevant domestic and international law and human rights conventions,the description of the sports rights. Competitive sports, school sports,the three categories of social sports sports rights as major expositions points. Commentary on two aspects of the development of sports rights in China and the inadequacies exist and analyzed from the theoretical and practical investigations. Thinking of the future development of the sports rights.
