摘要
以二硫化钼、氧化铝和SBS为混合填料,分别加入50%、60%、70%、80%以改善环氧树脂的性能,并且通过涂层表面硬度,以及其在无机玻璃板、瓷砖板上的附着力测试,对耐磨涂层的性能进行深入的研究。结果表明:填料的含量为60%时,涂层表面硬度最好,涂层具有较好的耐磨性,此时涂层的附着力也比较好。
Taking molybdenum disulfide, alumina and SBS as mixed filler, the performance of epoxy resin is improved by adding the mixed filler of 50%, 60%, 70% and 80%. The properties of wear resistant coating, including the coated surface hardness, and the adhesion on inorganic glass plates and tile board, were investigated. The results show that: the content of the filler is 60%, the coating surface hardness is optimal, the coating has good wear resistance, and then the adhesion of the coating is also very well.
